What I Ate Wednesday 12/18 With Plenty of Pop Tarts

It's Wednesday everyone! Christmas is just a week away, and I have to say I'm way more excited than I should be. haha ;p What can I say, I LOVE the holidays! I was in a good mood today due to the fact that the week is halfway over and Christmas is a day closer!

Here's my eats from today:

Breakfast was a chocolate coffee protein pop tart with hazlenut butter on top & of course, sprinkles!

Simple lunch...my lunches are never exciting. I like to save the good stuff for when I'm at home ;)

I had my daily questie in the car on the way to Target after school to pick up ingredients for a recipe I'm making for my Spanish class. They're dulce de leche marshmallow fluff brownies. :O Yeah, you read that right...It's totally not clean, but hey, the other people will like it, right?

Dinner was a cheddar & chicken melt on a cranberry English muffin (so good!) & a ton of veggies.

After dinner I just couldn't resist trying the red velvet pop tarts that I fell victim to at Target. That place gets me every time, I swear. I had the self control to only eat one but OH...MY...GOSH! If you haven't tried these you're seriously missing out. They are to die for!

My second dessert was my usual cheesecake proyo but with coco bananas Pb Crave instead of razzle dazzle.

That's all for today! Hope everyone's week continues to go well, as the holidays get closer!

Snowed in...And gingerbread House Making

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was pretty subdued because we were snowed in. It was really nice though, since I rarely just relax around the house.

Friday I had to pick up some stuff at the store since I knew we wouldn't be going it. I found these goodies and just HAD to buy them

That night my mom, grandma, and I made a gingerbread house. It was nice to have some family time! :)

Saturday consisted of doing homework...(so exciting, right?!)
But look at that snow!

Breakfast was a pumpkin maple spice protein pop tart. Perfect for a chilly winter morning.

My raspberry cheesecake proyo with razzle dazzle peanut butter and cookie butter drizzle was pretext good too.

The bowl of cinnamon cereal, s'mores cereal (so glad I bought it), and peanut butter pops added to the deliciousness.

Sunday started with an extra long and difficult so of course squash was necessary for breakfast! I filled this one with my pumpkin maple spice pop tart filling and baked it in the oven. So gooood! :)

Spending the rest of my Sunday relaxing and watching Christmas movies.

What I Ate Wednesday 12/11

Hope everyone had a wonderful Wednesday! Today in PA it was FREEZING! I'm cold all the time and considering it was 20 at the warmest....yeah. All the cold and snow this week really made it feel like December. I can't believe that Christmas is just 2 weeks away! :O I'm way too excited this year. I think I'm anticipating it more than I did when "Santa" came to my house. Haha. Anyway, to my food. Since it's Wednesday, here's what I ate today!

Breakfast was a mini red velvet coconut protein cake topped with hazelnut butter, cookie nookie pb, & cookie butter. I didn't feel like making anything this morning so this was an awesome treat that I already had made

My usual boring lunch of a salad with tuna. I also had some more of my cake from breakfast because I didn't have enough time to finish it in the morning. Lol

After school snack was a s'mores protein bar heated up in the microwave. Didn't have my beloved quest bar because I only have a couple left & they have to last me until Christmas!

Warm and gooey....

Dinner was a wrap with my cranberry turkey meatballs I made yesterday, mozzarella cheese, buttercup squash, & homemade cranberry orange sauce. I had some extra squash & meatballs on the side.

Inside

So good!

Dessert was a cookies n cream skinny cow with butterscotch cheesecake proyo topped with hazlenut butter & cinnamon crunch cereal.

I'm so full & ready to go to bed! This week & next can't go fast enough. Let's get to the days full of holiday cheer! Friday I'm making a gingerbread house so they'll be a post then.

At the Cheesecake Factory. Bring on the carbs!

Why yes, yes I do

My cheesecake with my mom's and grandmas's

Dang right I cleaned my plate

I WANTED these so bad!

Froyo nĂºmero dos

I didn't eat these but saw them at this little market in the mall. What's up with the shrimp obsession?

Well that was my weekend full of foods that I absolutely never consume! It was fun but I'm glad to be back on my regular diet.
